  • Class size: 8 per class
  • Tuition for 2 days a week: $65/month Field Trips are included. We will be going to several different locations. The registration/supply fee is $40 for 2 days/week.
  • Tuition for 3 days a week: $90/month. The registration/supply fee is $55 for 3 days/week.
  • My curriculum is learning and recognition of the alphabet, colors, numbers, shapes, sorting, counting, music, rhyming, matching, opposites, science, health, art, self-esteem, and social skills.
  • These skills are taught through weekly units with a strong emphasis in literature to develop reading readiness skills. I use the BOB Books leveled readers, letter of the week, singing and dancing to involve your child’s eyes, ears, mouth and body as they learn phonemic awareness, the alphabet and how to read and write.
  • We also create an alphabet art folder that will be a keepsake for your child to take with them at the end of our preschool year.

Policies and Procedures:

  1. Show and Tell: We will be doing show and tell every week, themed around the letter of the week, to help the children learn to recognize letters in their everyday environment.  You can find the letter of the week listed on the class calendar. The class calendar is on the website (mousecapadespreschool.blogspot.com), or I can send you home a printed copy if you do would like a copy.
  2. Field Trips: We will be going to several different locations throughout the school year. Parents will be responsible for transportation of their child to and from the field trip locations. If parents are not planning on staying with their child, they need to make arrangements with another parent to supervise their child at the field trip.
  3. Sick Children: Sick children should not be brought to school. If they have contagious symptoms (fever, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.) please keep them home.
  4. Toilet Trained: Children must be toilet trained by the start of preschool.
  5. Reminders: Handouts will be given in class, but all reminders will be sent through the remind app.
